Principal’s Pen Week 10 Term 3

Tēnā koutou katoa,

Wow! The last newsletter of Term 3 means that Term 4 is just around the corner, and we know that Term 4 brings excitement and countless activities as we work towards the end of another busy school year.  Exciting times!

We are looking for your input into the direction of the school for the next 3 years.  Please keep an eye out for a survey from your Board of Trustees.  The more feedback we get through this, the clearer the Board will be in their planning going forward.

It is the time of year when, while we are fully focussed on the day to day learning and activities, we are also casting an eye into 2022.  We are looking at class lists and an important factor is the number of new enrollments.  If you have a child enrolling, or know of a family who does, please let us know as soon as you can.  It is much easier to balance class numbers when we have enrollments in advance.

For the remainder of the week, the lost property will be out on display.  If your child has misplaced something, please come along and claim any items that belong to them.

In closing, I again thank you for the support you offer your children, all children and your school.  Parental input and support is a huge factor in the success of our lovely school, and I thank you for what you give.  Enjoy the term break, see you back on Monday 18th October.

Ngā mihi mahana

 Rikki Sheterline

(Tumuaki / Principal)
